Precautions:
Not Suitable for those with, or at risk for high blood pressure.
During Pregnancy and breastfeeding, it is advised only one cup per day.
Directions for Use:
To make this Herbal tea, use only china, glass, or pottery teapots.
Bring fresh cold water to the boil and pour over 1 teabag per cup of water. Allow to steep for 3-5 minutes. Adjust the flavour by the length of infusion
